Chuck McElroy is a retired professional baseball player turned builder/developer of residential properties. Born in Port Arthur, Texas, Chuck had a successful career as a left-handed relief pitcher in Major League Baseball for 16 years. After being drafted out of high school by the Philadelphia Phillies, he went to play for various teams including the Cincinnati Reds, Chicago Cubs, and Colorado Rockies.
After retiring from baseball, Chuck turned his passion for real estate into a new career. He started his own companies where he began building and developing residential properties. With his attention to detail, dedication to quality, and commitment to customer satisfaction, Chuck has become a well-respected real estate business owner.
Chuck’s experience as a professional athlete has taught him the importance of hard work, perseverance, and teamwork. He applies these values to his work as a builder, ensuring that every project is completed on time and to the highest standards.

Walter Lee Gant

Walter Lee Gant III has over 25 years of municipal and county experience. He previously worked for the City of Pasadena Police Department where he supervised and restructured the Police Property and Evidence room. He also held the positions of Community Development Administrator, Budget and Grant Manager, Planning and Grant Coordinator, Compliance Officer and City Grant Writer. Walter also served as the Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Pasadena for two years before taking a position with Harris County Pct. 3 Constable’s Office as Lieutenant. At Pct. 3 Walter was responsible for Backgrounds, Court Bailiffs, Property/Evidence Division, Chaplain Program and Information Technology. Furthermore, Walter was also the City Administrator and Police Chief for the City of Kemah for the last four years. He has a Master Peace Officer certificate, TAPEIT certification and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston-Downtown.

Gregory Monette Jr.

Gregory Monette Jr. is a seasoned land acquisition and development professional with expertise in real estate, finance, and homebuilding. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Land and Property Development at Texas A&M University and holds a Texas Real Estate License.
As President of Land Acquisitions & Development at Hart Homes, Gregory played a pivotal role in growing the company from a small local builder to a nationally recognized brand, building alongside major homebuilders and in large-scale development communities. He successfully acquired 50+ scattered lots across multiple markets, developed financial modeling tools for underwriting, and negotiated municipal agreements on builder incentives and land development projects.
Now, Gregory has launched Monett Properties, focusing on large-scale master-planned communities, subdivisions, and developments in Houston and surrounding areas. His previous experience as a Land Acquisition Manager at Friendswood Development saw him generate 1,100 prospective finished lots, forge key partnerships with institutional investors, and manage large residential land acquisitions.
With a strong financial background from his tenure as a Commercial Real Estate Underwriter at Veritex Community Bank, where he managed a $200M+ portfolio and facilitated $97M in referred loans, Gregory brings a comprehensive understanding of land acquisition, development finance, and strategic growth to every project he takes on.
